Custom cup runs can be as small as 5,000 units, simplifying your stocking problems while making your end-user happy.
We keep ordering stress to a minimum with universally fitting lids for many cold and hot cup sizes, no matter the substrate. Check out our cup substrate-specific pages for more details.
Our warehouses offer floor stocking based on order size. Coffee sleeves, straws, and bags can also be added and delivered with your client’s order.
Fast answers when you need them. Morrison's team communicates regularly with you, ensuring that you receive prompt customer service on your schedule, not ours.
Thank you for being a valued partner in our sales process. If you don’t see your question answered, drop us a line. We’re always here to help.
The initial sales process can take 6-8 weeks to close. After the deal is signed, we’ll draft the proofs and create the printing plates.
When we receive the green light to print, then we’ll put your client’s cup into production.
Depending upon current lead times and no communication roadblocks, a reasonable estimate of time from the deal being signed to your customer receiving their cups is approximately 90 days.
Minimum orders for all cups and substrates start at 5,000 pieces, with some substrates with higher minimums. A typical case can house approximately 1,000 cups.
Therefore, you can expect around five cases for a minimum order of 5,000 cups. However, that number can fluctuate due to the cup material and size.
We offer paper (single and double-wall), PET and PP plastic, foam, and injection-molded plastic. We also offer eco-friendly options such as an eco-paper cup made without petroleum and biodegradable foam cups.
We do not source cups made of ceramic, polycarbonate, tempered or annealed glass, crystal, stainless steel, acrylic, or porcelain. We also do not print on these items.
Cup sizes depend on the substrate, but we offer cups as small as 4 oz and as large as 52 oz. Every cup we offer comes with a lid that fits it. Many of these lids are multi-purpose and can work for multiple sizes and styles — another Morrison perk.
Most of our cups are a standard cylindrical shape with no handles outside of our specialty fuel service options. Depending on size, we have tapered offerings designed to fit in car cup holders.
We do not offer restaurant glassware like coffee mugs, wine glasses, beer mugs, shot glasses, champagne flutes, martini, margarita, or cocktail glasses, flasks, or other novelty styles. We also do not offer color-changing, temperature-sensitive options for our stadium cups.
We prefer vector format (.SVG) to accommodate lossless logo applications.
Our team of designers can rebuild your client’s artwork in our preferred file format. We can also help your client design art from scratch if they have never had art.
No. We only ever share our wholesale prices with you and never with your client.
Most likely, yes. However, we are under strict contractual obligation to never share details of your accounts with anyone besides you.
No! We have worked with small restaurant groups to some of the nation’s biggest wholesale foodservice suppliers. Businesses of all sizes are welcome at Morrison.
At this time, we do not offer rebate programs. However, our minimum runs are proven to be a cost-effective solution that reduces overhead for you and gets the product out of your warehouse faster — meaning a happier bottom line for you.
Absolutely. You don't need to know anything about cups, you just need to contact a member of our sales team. Our cup experts will walk you through the process step-by-step. You can be as involved or as uninvolved as you would like.
After you collect your client’s requirements on pricing, size, material, and branding, give it to your Morrison sales representative. We’ll develop a tailored plan that will help you close.
Definitely. Between our deep industry knowledge and extensive research, we find what is and what isn’t allowed in your specific region of the United States. That allows us to create the perfect plan for your commercial industry. We’ve done it before, and we’ll do it again.
We've rounded up and answered some of the most common questions about distributors
and how Morrison works with them.
Never. We value our relationships with all our distributors and would be happy to work with yours.
If you would prefer to work with a distributor, we’re happy to help.
We’ll use our extensive list of industry contacts to help you find a distributor to match your business and passion for foodservice products. Then we can work together to get the custom commercial drinkware that will make your business shine.
If you cannot get the results you want from your current DSR, we can act as a middleman between you and your distributor. Getting everyone what they want is one of our specialties.
Of course. We will need to make sure that everyone is on the same page, but due to our vast amount of foodservice industry contacts, we’ve likely already worked with your new distributor before. There may be some renegotiating of contracts, but we will face that issue when it arises.
